Our institute
Terres Inovia is the research and innovation institute dedicated to the production and processing of oilseeds, grain legumes, and hemp. A commitment to constant innovation is at its core, built on nearly 70 years of recognized agronomic expertise.
As an agricultural technical institute accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food, and Food Sovereignty, it helps improve the competitiveness, resilience, and adaptability of production systems to agroecological challenges by providing tools, methods, and advice for hands-on technical support.

Terres Inovia, a sector-specific institute
As part of the interprofessional governance structure, Terres Inovia’s activities are closely aligned with the needs and priorities expressed by the professional sectors. Interprofessional contributions (CVO) from the vegetable oils and proteins sector are the primary source of funding for Terres Inovia’s research and development activities. The technical institute thus participates in numerous interprofessional bodies and develops partnerships with all stakeholders in the sector, from production to processing.

Terres Inovia has established an extensive regional network across all production regions. Its development offices, research centers, technology units, laboratories, and experimental stations are spread across 19 locations.
