Development engineers listen to farmers' needs and problems in the field. They disseminate Terres Inovia's references and recommendations to farms, groups of farmers and local players in production and processing.

They are spread over three zones: the South, the North-East and the Centre-West.

Terres Inovia has 11 experimental sites throughout France. They are equipped with equipment and laboratory space to carry out observations and handle samples in conventional and organic farming. They are all "Good Experimentation Practices" (GEP) approved.
