📦 Ordering

Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about orders placed on our site.

  • A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after your order has been validated. You can also consult your order history in your customer account.

  • Check your spam folder or log in to your account to view your orders. If nothing appears, please contact us: contact@terresinovia.fr

  • It is not possible to modify or cancel your order after validation. If you wish to cancel your order, pleasecontact our customer service department as soon as possible: contact@terresinovia.fr

  • Yes, we deliver to many countries. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen (standard, express...) and your location. For delivery within France, please allow between 3 and 5 working days. For delivery outside France, please allow up to 10 working days.

  • You can pay for your order by : Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Chorus.

  • Please make sure that the delivery date has passed before contacting us. If this is the case, please contact us at contact@terresinovia.fr

  • Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

  • If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, you will have immediate access to your purchase. You will receive an e-mail informing you of its availability in your personal space, in the "My orders" tab. If you have paid by bank transfer or Chorus Pro, we need to confirm receipt of the funds before giving you access to the document. You will receive an e-mail from us when the purchase is confirmed.

  • To download your PDF, you need to create an account on our site. Once your account is active, you can go to the "My orders" tab of your account and download your PDF as many times as you like.

  • Go to the "My orders" tab to download your purchase. If you don't see any documents to download despite confirmation of your purchase, please contact contact@terresinovia.fr.

📅 Event

  • For free events, registration remains open until the day before the event, or until all available places have been filled. For paid events, deadlines are specified on the event page.

  • Yes, you can add several participants to your booking by filling in the fields for each person.

  • - Free event: you can cancel your participation at any time by contacting us.
    - Paid events: cancellations and full refunds are possible up to 10 days before the event. After this date, no refunds will be made (see our terms and conditions).

  • Yes, a confirmation e-mail is sent automatically after registration. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

  • No. Your data is only used to manage the event (registration, access, communication). It will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

  • In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will send you information as soon as possible. We will propose a new date for your training.
