How do I know if my order has been processed?

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen (standard, express...) and your location. For delivery within France, please allow between 3 and 5 working days. For delivery outside France, please allow up to 10 working days.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your order by : Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Chorus.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver to many countries. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I recover my PDF purchase?
To download your PDF, you need to create an account on our site. Once your account is active, you can go to the "My orders" tab of your account and download your PDF as many times as you like.
How long does it take to download my purchase?
If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, you will have immediate access to your purchase. You will receive an e-mail informing you of its availability in your personal space, in the "My orders" tab. If you have paid by bank transfer or Chorus Pro, we need to confirm receipt of the funds before giving you access to the document. You will receive an e-mail from us when the purchase is confirmed.
I can't find the PDF I ordered in my space. What should I do?
Go to the "My orders" tab to download your purchase. If you don't see any documents to download despite confirmation of your purchase, please contact contact@terresinovia.fr.
