Description
Terres Inovia has designed an innovative, long-term "training-action" offering that reinvents the way advice is given: Cap Agronomie®. Aimed at agricultural advisors and technicians, it aims to roll out, on a large scale, with the players involved in advisory services, support for farmers in their transition to agro-ecological, multi-performing and robust systems. It trains, supports and equips them to help farmers find solutions adapted to their situation.
Two steps:
1. Training advisors in Cap Agronomie® :
- A module presenting and familiarizing themselves with the method, based on the theme chosen by the advisory structure, with technical and scientific input illustrated by concrete examples.
- Field modules with practical application of tools and methods.
- An assessment at the end of the campaign to measure the progress made and set objectives for the coming campaign, to evaluate the advisors' increased expertise and to integrate campaign assessment elements.
2. Deploying the tools and approach to farmers in their network, with support from Terres Inovia
This training-action also enables advisors to deploy the tools proposed by Terres Inovia to support their own networks of farmers. This second stage, based on the expression of farmers' needs and problems, enables advisors to put the lessons they have learned to the test in the field, while continuing to be supported by Terres Inovia.
