CDI early 2026 Nouveau

Terres Inovia is looking for a Laboratory Manager to lead a major transformation: supporting a team, managing a strategic move and building a laboratory of excellence to serve the oil and protein industries.
You will be joining a recognized, committed and human-scale structure, to lead a project that will shape the future of the institute.

Presentation

Based in Ardon (Loiret), Terres Inovia's physico-chemical analysis laboratory assesses the nutritional and market value of seeds, oilcake and oils from oilseed crops. This data directly feeds and guides the institute's research work, and contributes to the valorization of production for human and animal consumption.
The Institute is involved in ten major crops (rapeseed, sunflower, faba bean, soybean, pea, linseed, chickpea, lentil, lupin and hemp), as well as camelina and mustard.

Over 13,000 samples are analyzed each year:

  • Seeds: impurities, moisture, PMG, oil content, protein and anti-nutritional compounds (glucosinolates).
  • Oilcake: fat, cellulose, protein and solubility, ash, glucosinolates, enzymatic digestibility.
  • Oils: acidity and fatty acid composition.

The laboratory is accredited to NF EN ISO 17025 (COFRAC n°1-0727), guaranteeing the reliability of its methods and its recognition by the industry and private players.
It also provides external services, coordinates analyses for Terres Univia's seed and oilcake quality observatories, and participates in R&D activities (method development, near infrared spectrometry, NMR, etc.).

Job duties
