Job presentation

In this context, Terres Inovia is looking for a multi-partner project manager (F/H), to ensure the coordination and operational management of projects involving numerous and diversified partnerships (Cap Protéines+, funded projects) and fine coordination between internal teams. This recruitment is to accompany the forthcoming departure of the current post holder.

Job duties

1. Operational coordination of Cap Protéines+

In collaboration with the project manager, you will contribute to the smooth organization and operational management of the project:

  • Prepare and monitor governance bodies (Copil, working groups) and produce associated support materials.
  • Coordinate internal contributions, ensure overall consistency and compliance with milestones
  • Ensure operational relations with external partners, facilitate exchanges and anticipate sensitive points
  • Consolidate technical, administrative and financial deliverables for funders and partners
  • Ensure structured monitoring of the project using existing tools, and identify areas of concern
  • Prepare summaries and other information for partners and national bodies, as required.

2. Managing a portfolio of funded projects

You will be responsible for the operational coordination of several funded projects, according to the priorities set by the deputy director. This role requires good cross-functional skills and the ability to move from one project to another.

  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for attention and anticipate risks
  • Coordinate internal and external contributions to ensure consistency and quality of deliveries
  • Facilitate the flow of information, clarify expectations and support stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare the elements required for decisions by project leaders and management
  • Support work dynamics between partners by maintaining a fluid and reliable exchange framework
  • Rely on existing management tools to ensure consistent portfolio monitoring.

3. Cross-functional structuring and continuous improvement

You contribute to the structuring of internal project management practices:

  • Identify and formalize feedback from projects
  • Suggest ways of improving the effectiveness of existing methods and tools.
  • Facilitate the gradual adoption of internal standards by teams.

Profile required

You have a 5-year degree in agri/agro engineering or equivalent.

Ideally, 6 to 8 years' similar professional experience in project management or coordination in agriculture, agro-ecological transition, innovation or industry sectors.

Good knowledge of multi-stakeholder projects and partnership dynamics (technical institutes, chambers, cooperatives, research, sectors).

You are recognized for the following skills:

  • Ability to structure, consolidate and synthesize complex information
  • fine-tuned understanding of multi-stakeholder dynamics, diplomacy
  • Rigorous organization
  • Excellent writing skills (notes, summaries, decision-making documents and value-adding elements)
  • Reliability, autonomy and a sense of responsibility, with the ability to anticipate risks and points of vigilance
  • Good command of collaborative and management tools (Teams, Share point, Office)

Conditions and benefits

CDI, executive status, RTT, telecommuting possible

The position is available at our head office in Paris (75) or near Dijon (21) or in the Bordeaux region (Pessac, 33).
Regular travel.

In this context, Terres Inovia is looking for a multi-partner project coordinator to support the operational management of projects and facilitate exchanges between internal teams and external partners.

Missions du poste

1. Support for operational coordination of funded projects

You will support the project managers and deputy managers in organizing and monitoring operational management:

  • Prepare meetings and working groups
  • Gather and structure internal contributions, ensuring overall consistency and timely delivery
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between internal teams (issues, expectations, deadlines)
  • Facilitate operational relations with external partners, by relaying information, requests and practical elements.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of elements required for deliverables (technical, administrative, financial), under the supervision of project managers.

2. Follow-up of actions, milestones and deliverables

You support the project's operational schedule:

  • Contribute to the monitoring of milestones, identify missing elements and inform project managers of them.
  • Help teams meet deadlines, by providing practical, structured guidance.
  • Prepare summary progress reports for project managers or deputy management
  • Ensure the overall consistency of elements transmitted by internal and external contributors.

3. Contribute to the valorization and circulation of results

In support of project managers:

  • Prepare supports and summaries for meetings, webinars or partners
  • Format elements provided by teams to facilitate their appropriation by project stakeholders
  • Participate in feedback and improvement of internal practices.

4. Provide cross-functional support for continuous improvement of project management:

You contribute to progressively reinforcing the coherence and readability of internal management:

  • Identify areas for improvement in the field and share them with deputy management
  • Participate in the dissemination of best practices (formats, exchange modes, organization)
  • Help teams to adopt internal standards.

Profile required

You have a 5-year degree in agri/agro engineering or equivalent.
Ideally, 2 to 4 years' similar professional experience in agricultural projects, agro-ecological transition, supply chains, technical organizations, etc.
A good understanding of multi-stakeholder projects.

You are recognized for the following skills:

  • Ability to structure and organize information
  • good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Writing skills (notes, summaries, etc.)
  • Mastery of collaborative tools (Teams, Share point, Office)
