The analysis is conducted on 90 larvae per population (1 population = 1 sampling site on a given date).

Each individual is analyzed separately: DNA extraction and detection/identification of parasitoids via HRM.

The results are provided in the form of a report presenting, for each population, the proportion of parasitized insects as well as the genera of the parasitoid hymenoptera detected (Tersilochus, Diospilus, Aneuclis, Trichomalus, etc.).
