Three years after the previous edition, the organic sunflower growing guide features 12 thematic chapters containing Terres Inovia's main recommendations from sowing to harvesting. The 2023 edition presents, for the first time, the results of the multi-annual varietal evaluation carried out by Terres Inovia and its partners.
A new chapter focuses on organic sunflower outlets. The guide has also been enriched with a study on the economic management of sunflower irrigation, and develops the management of thistle, mildew and pest control solutions that can be used organically.
