Reporting to Romaric, head of the experimentation station, you will reinforce the team to carry out the testing program at the Le Rheu station (35).
Our mission is to contribute to improving the competitiveness of oilseed and hemp crops, through innovation and the guarantee of independent expertise at the service of growers.
Les missions
- Set up and monitor experimental trials, ensuring the quality of their execution and follow-up, in accordance with the requirements of current protocols, standards and methods (GHP).
- Be in contact with farmers and our partners, to take part in trials (sowing, staking, helping with harvesting, observations, notations on all types of trials (inputs, agronomy, insects, varieties, etc.) and crops (rapeseed, sunflower, soya, spring peas, field beans and winter peas).
- Collaborate as needed with research managers and development engineers in the Centre Ouest zone.
- Write reports on results obtained, record data on the dedicated database.
Profil souhaité
- You have a BTSA or agricultural bachelor's degree in plant production/improvement.
- You ideally have 3 to 5 years' experience in experimentation.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- A valid driving license is required for this position.
Conditions et avantages
- 9-month fixed-term contract to be filled from 05/01/2026, position based in Le Rheu, domaine de la motte au Vicomte 35650.
- Annual remuneration over 13 months, depending on profile, in accordance with the Chemical Industries collective agreement, luncheon vouchers. Variable working hours depending on station activity, generally 8am-9am to 5pm-6pm.
