Analysis is carried out on 90 larvae per population (1 population = 1 sampling site on a given date).
Each individual is analyzed individually: DNA extraction and parasitoid detection/identification by HRM.
The results are transmitted in the form of a report presenting, for each population, the proportion of parasitized insects and the genera of parasitoid Hymenoptera detected (Tersilochus, Diospilus, Aneuclis, Trichomalus...).
