Cap Protéines Challenge 3: register before 3 December!
Last week, Terres Inovia held a webinar to launch the 3rd edition of its ideation competition, launched as part of the Cap Protéines programme (2021-2022).
Thursday 21 September saw the launch of the 3rd Cap Protéines Challenge webinar, which you can watch again on Terres Inovia's Youtube channel.
Like the first two editions, if you're a student, entrepreneur, agricultural adviser, farmer, manufacturer, distributor... try your luck at this ideation competition. And register on the Manger du sens platform before 3 December!
Cap Protéines Challenge 3 aims to propose ideas or solutions around plant proteins in order to improve national production of protein-rich crops and democratise their use in human food.
The 4 themes covered:
- ideas or solutions for/with farmers to improve French production of plant proteins.
- ideas or solutions for/with processors to strengthen and improve the performance of plant protein processing industries.
- ideas or solutions for/with consumers to get more legumes on our plates every day.
- ideas or solutions for an industry-wide approach to structuring local players and creating more value.
