Terres Inovia publishes the new edition of the rapeseed and pea crop guides to support farmers in the 2023-2024 season
Terres Inovia has just published new editions of its rapeseed and pea growing guides for the 2023-2024 season. Organized into thematic chapters, they guide farmers and technicians through every stage of the crop, from variety selection to planting, weeding, pest and disease control, harvesting and storage. These crop guides can be downloaded free of charge from the Terres Inovia website.
Rapeseed growing guide
The section devoted to planting, a key stage in establishing a robust rapeseed capable of withstanding attacks by bio-aggressors and weather hazards, has been expanded. Recommendations for protecting bees and other pollinating insects during flowering have also been developed.

Growing guide for winter and spring peas
The chapter on varieties shows an increasingly wide choice of winter and spring peas. The recommended sowing periods in the North-East and South have been adapted to avoid dates that are too late for spring peas or too early for winter peas. The decision rules for aphid control have been revised to take account of the Teppeki insecticide.
